Coffee And Combo Vending Machines

Everyone seems to be addicted to caffeine. From the instant coffee commercially sold in department stores in different flavors, to the widely distributed sports or energy drinks, there does no stopping the spread of such remarkable products. The most basic and classic identification of caffeine is the cupful of coffee. Depending on your type or preference of how you want it prepared – whether mixed with cream, chocolate or milk – there are no limits to how sweet and creamy your coffee can be. And the next best thing about it is that you can get it when you want it and where you want it.

The Vending Machine

The modern coffee vending machine is an innovation of the first referenced vending machine of the first century in Alexandria. It was made by an engineer and a mathematician named Hero. When a coin is dropped in the slit provided on the machine, a mechanism for opening the valve from which water is stored through a lever was invented to easily dispense the liquid by the use of the weight of the coin. Now, coffee vending machines also accept bills depending on the price of your choice beverage.

Most vending machines are for cold drinks in cans or bottles while the custom designed coffee vending machine may be more or less isolated to places that highly recommend it such as schools and offices. Coin-operated vending machines for snacks and other dry goods are also available in locations that people on the rush may find suitable. Combo vending machines, vending machines which have both soda and snack items are also operating in small locations.

Popular vending machine locations are those highly used streets and corners by pedestrians who may or may not enjoy the foot traffic on their way to their destinations. From these heavily crowded locations, it is easier to tempt people to satisfy their need or impulse for a hot drink to wake them up, a candy for the children and probably tissue packets to wipe off road dirt.

Business Opportunity

With the demand for convenience in whatever we do in our everyday life, more and more vending machines are suggested and recommended for people who wish to have their needed comfort in a drop of a coin or in a single press anywhere they are.

Starting your own business through vending machines is not that all complicated once you find the strategic spot to install your equipment. Vending machine sales are always returned in cold cash which is highly ideal for cash-oriented businessmen. Sales could increase in just months from the time you first put up your machine. Once you get the general idea of its operations, you can easily expand your territorial span and double or triple your profit.

Finding a good vending machine distributor is a good start to materialize the profits you wish to gain. For offices that need to awaken their sleepy employees, coffee vending machines may just be the right cup of coffee to satisfy your senses and of course, your pockets.

I can imagine vending machines are a great business concept! It seems like everyone wins with them, and I speak with experience as we have one at our office. Before our KCup Vending Machine (for use with Keurig), we were paying out far too much money for office coffee because so much of the pot coffee was being wasted and employees also might have been taking some home. With the purchase of a KCup Vending Machine, we were able to make our money back and pay for our employees' coffee each month! Beyond that, the vending machine is also in a fairly public place, so anything purchased by the general public goes right into a "kitty" for things like our Christmas party and employee appreciation gifts. That's got to be an easy sell for anyone selling and placing vending machines!
